Marco Pappa: Heerenveen

HEERENVEEN, Netherlands   ●  According to Dutch newspaper Telegraaf is Chicago Fire losing one of their top scorers to Heerenveen in The Netherlands.

Marco Pappa scored this season 14 goals for the Fire and led his team last Saturday to a victory over Kansas City.

PSV Eindhoven, FC Twente and AZ Alkmaar also had interest in the Guatemala international, but in the end Heerenveen and coach Marco van Basten were able to lure the midfielder to the north of The Netherlands.

    hopefully MLS wises up and sells this kid or else he will go for free when his contract is up
